Mobility
In the Repsol YPF group mobility is an interesting option for our employees' professional development.
One of our general criteria is that employees have the option to request a transfer to another position within the Organization after two years occupation of the same post.
We believe that this is an interesting possibility both for the employee in question, as well as for the Company itself. It means that personnel learn about the various sectors which Repsol is involved in while simultaneously broadening their knowledge. The result is that our Company is secure in the knowledge that its employees have the best possible preparation for the job in hand.
The human resources department is responsible for overseeing and organizing this internal mobility, whether it is a consequence of the professional development plan or in response to the candidate's own initiative.
