Senior Drilling Engineers

Functions:

- Advise and guide Drilling staff in the design of drilling programs, ensuring that the safety norms, contingency plans, are followed. 
- Draw up detailed procedures for the critical drilling stages of a well.
- Prepare guidelines to enable implementation of new technologies.
- Spread knowledge of technological advances to the operations groups. 

The successful candidates should have:

B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering. A recognized course in benchmarking of    oil fields. 
At least 5 years in practical oil drilling Engineering. 
Good Excel skills, Word skills, understanding of a DIS would be an  advantage. 
Good written and spoken English is required. 
A current driving license and a current Well Certificate is required.
