The company's Strategic Plan for 2008-2012 establishes that growth will be carried out through 10 key projects:

In Upstream:

• Carioca (Deepwaters of Brazil)
• Genghis Khan/Shenzi  (Gulf of México)
• I/R (Libya)
• Reggane (Algeria)
• Block 39 (Peru)

In Downstream:

• New coker of Bilbao
• Extension of Cartagena and increase of the conversion
• Extension of Sines (petrochemicals)

In LNG:

• Peru Integrated LNG Project
• Regassification terminal of Canaport (Canada)

Thus it is expected that these ten large key projects, together with the exploration in core areas, will drive the organic growth of the company's strategic businesses.
