In accordance with article 35 of the Securities Market Act and article 8 of Royal Decree 1362/2007, of October 19, the Annual Financial Report 2007 of Repsol YPF, S.A. is published, comprehensive of the Consolidated financial statements and the Management Report, of Repsol YPF, S.A. and of its Consolidated Group, corresponding to the financial year that ended on December 31, 2007, checked by the auditor; of the reports of audit of the Consolidated financial statements and the Management Report, individual and consolidated; and of the declaration of responsibility of its content, signed by the members of the Board of Directors of Repsol YPF, S.A..
