Fees
The fees earned by the auditors and their organisation for the audit services provided to Repsol YPF, S.A. and the Group companies in 2007 amounted to EUR 6.8 million. The fees earned by the auditors and their organisation for sundry professional services other than pure audit services (including audit related and other services) provided to Repsol YPF, S.A. and to the Group companies in 2007 amounted to EUR 1.5 million.

The sum of these two amounts does not represent more than 10% of the total volume of business of the auditors and their organisation.
