>Creation of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) focused on the operative management of the Business Activities 
>Establishing a Corporate Division of the LNG 
>Integrating Brazil's R&M assets in the Downstream Division (which assumes all the downstream activities outside of Argentina) 
>Bringing the Resources Department's functions closer to the Business Activities by reporting to the COO 
>Integration of Management Control, Investor Relations, Insurance in the Financial-Economic area 
>Promoting Corporate Strategy and Development 
>Strengthening the role of Management Development 
>Adjustment of the structure of the Senior Management Committees  
>Adjustment of the titles of the main management positions
